Sunset 2 Bečići, an apartment resort in the vicinity of the Bečići beach, is a few minutes’ drive away from the well-known Splendid***** hotel. The resort category is 3*. The apartments are mostly owned by the Russians, Englishmen and French, who bought those apartments, above all, in order to enjoy the natural beauties of this part of the seaside by themselves.
A maintenance company has been engaged to take care of the complex’s functionality, our apartments, the entire resort and coming guests. Most of the owners have desided to rent their apartments.
As one of the former land plot owners, now the owner of two apartments, and as a long-term tourist officer, I would like to share this piece of beauty and serenity with all the guests looking for a peaceful holiday, but also with those in the search of an active holiday.
Bečići and Budva are in the centre of all events on the coast of Montenegro. Now you have an opportunity to spend your summer holiday in one of the most beautiful complexes in the region, away from all the fuss and city rush, but still so close that you can surrender yourself at any moment to all the pleasures and entertainment that summer brings to these areas.

Within the resort, there are two pools and several small residential buildings. The shallow pool is intended for children, and the other pool is circa 2m deep, with Jacuzzi nozzles and intended for swimmers. The sunbeds and sunshades are available for guests around the pools.
The resort has a lot of greenery and provides pleasant ambience.
A car park is available for the guest of the residential complex, as well a night watch who takes care of the guests’ safety. The facility manager is responsible for a daily cosiness and satisfaction of the guests while friendly personnel are always at your disposal.

Within the complex there is a laundry room with an adequate service charge. The resort is guarded 24h a day, with a barrier which could only be lifted by a remote controller or the resort’s personel.
It is right to say that this is one of the most beautiful complexes at Bečići because it is away from a summer fuss and rush, with a view of the Bečići beach and Saint Stefan, and only a few minutes is enough to go to ‘’the epicenter of events’’ – if you wish so.
