The studio AB8 has an excellent thermal and noise insulation, a separate entrance and a terrace with a view of the sea. It consists of a room which can be turned into both living and sleeping space, kitchen area, terrace and bathroom. A separate entrance gives a special privacy (typical only of studios AB7 and AB8 ).
The kitchen is modernly furnished, with a heating surface and two burners, oven, fridge, electrical kettle, toaster, cutlery, dinning table and three chairs.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, wash basin, toilet seat, glass make-up cabinet, iron, laundry drying rack, shoe rack. The terrace is well hidden inside the greenery and flowers and equipped with a garden furniture set. The room is furnished with a folding bed (which can be folded during the daytime) and a single bed. An auxiliary bed can be extracted beneath the single bed. The auxiliary bed’s dimensions are 80 x 120 cm and it is somewhat lower than the single bed. It is suitable for children or younger persons. A large built-in wardrobe, two chests of drawers, KATV, individually adjusted air conditioning, ventian blinds which will enable you to sleep until late afternoon. Everything is designed for your relaxation and joy.
